Happy new year, umwaka mushya muhire, mwaka mupya to all our
nationalexamination.com users. 2019 has been a blast for us. We
assure you that 2020 is going to be an even better year. Primarily
our focus is to be the leading national examination preparation
materials provider, but as you know we have way more that one can
take advantage of such as our news section that talks about
technology, education, entrepreneurship, etc. The Happy National
Examination Gateway Team Wishes you Love and Success in 2019.

At the beginning of 2012, we wanted to make
nationalexamination.com at least East African. Which meant to have
at least Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Tanzania, national
examination materials.

We quickly realized that to even consistently have materials from
Rwanda was a challenge in itself. In fact, that is why our name is
www.nationalexamination.com. It is not that we are a government
entity; we are privately run operated under Standard Gateway.
Nevertheless, expect us to have the said East African Countries in
the near future (~5years).

When we mine into our visitors, they come from even outside of
East Africa. Education is more or less the same all over Africa.
Materials from Rwanda can be useful in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania,
Burundi for sure. We ask our users to continue to visit this
platform as we add more content day in day out, and give us
feedback on what they would like to see.

You wouldn't believe how many people are behind the
www.nationalexamination.com. Our team is very determined and
focused, spread out around. The managing director of NEG that
coordinates all national examination activities resides in Kenya,
while we have more team members in Japan, Rwanda, USA, and UK.

for 2020 our goal is to have all materials up as quickly as
possible, which means you will be able to see 2019 past papers by
March 2020. We are defining a streamlined internal materials
collection and treatment process which will speed up and simplify
the way we operate. In addition, we are in the process of
launching a 10 years materials collection funding drive campaigns
that ensure we are fully staffed and professionally operated.

Marketing-wise, we plan to start a shallow PR campaign in the
second Quarter of 2020; up until now we really haven't had the
time and resources to market what we do. It has been interesting
to hear many of our users recommend us to their friends and
relatives. With our current financial outlook, that role will be
shared with our other products, nevertheless, it will be an
improvement in our outreach. It is challenging to create a brand,
but know that you are our prime brand ambassador, we will rely on
our users to spread the word even more as well as scale this
wonderful platform.

Technology-wise, we know we have to upgrade our site and tools, in
fact, we have put on pause a modern look and feel new
natinalexamination.com site due to resource constraint. However,
we expect to make a decision at the end of the 3rd quarter of
2020. In the meantime, continue enjoying our content at
www.nationalexamination.com.

Lastly, we are envisioning a sister platform for readiness
assessment, where students will be able to take assessment exams
and using Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics
be able to get feedback on their preparedness with deeper details.
